From the initial enquiry to the final fitting, nothing was too much trouble and the time taken to explain things to us was exceptional. Everyone at the business - Ash & Nick and the fitting team were very personable, friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. My wife and I purchased a new Mega Mobil Revolution 640 from Chelston Motorhomes and when we asked for a recommendation to upgrade the included AGM batteries to Lithium, we were told to speak with Ash.

After a chat with Ash, he jumped in the car and drove 30 mins to Chelston to check out the setup in our new campervan, only to realise afterwards that he had been shown the wrong van! Ash said no problem, and heading back to Chelston to survey the correct campervan :)

After several discussions and advice from Ash, we decided to upgrade the standard Cobra alarm to Ash's Shockwave alarm and upgrade to 2 x 300AH Fogstar batteries and a 2000kw inverter.

Last Thursday morning we headed to Chelston, where we picked up the Rev 640, slept on site in the van and was at Watt Guardz to meet Ash and Nick for 8am. After a great chat and opportunity to meet the adorable Rufus (Ash's 6 months old red lab), we headed into Taunton for the day.

At 3pm we arrived back and Nick gave us a highly enjoyable and informative demo of the new (very, very loud) alarm with 'don't even think about it' blue led lights in the front and rear bumpers, plus an overview of the new batteries, invertor and mobile app to manage and monitor both.

It is very rare to have your expectations exceeded, especially when the presales service was exceptionally good; but Ash, Nick and the team delivered.

I would highly recommend Watt Guardz to anyone looking for an unrivalled campervan and motorhome alarm or upgrade service.

Had a lithium conversation done a few weeks ago with a replacement AC. Been a few weeks as wanted to fully test everything before doing a review.
I read lots of forum/group recommendations before approaching. It not about the money, I wanted a first class job.
I had lots of questions, was probably a pain in the butt. After lots of emails (initial phone call) l, took my MH for a viewing as had a few electrical hic-cups, which they fixed there and then. Arranged for a switch from lead acid to lithium at a slightly later date.
Work took a day and is all neat and good.
Pleased with the result. Dave was a top guy explaining all our new systems/apps.
